Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy

 

 

 

YOU WILL RECEIVE BOTH A TEXT REMINDER AND AN EMAIL REMINDER OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR BOOKING.



By making or placing any booking at Coco Tanning & Beauty you agree fully to the following Terms & Conditions set out in our cancellation policy.

 

Late cancellations really harm our business. Diary space is extremely valuable and even more so after being closed for so many months out of the last two years due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. We ask that you please notify us to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your service to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

 

A minimum 50% booking fee is required at time of all bookings to secure the appointment time in our diary. For longer services a larger booking fee may be required to secure your booking time.

 

All bookings made are an arrival time only and not a guaranteed start time. Whilst we endeavour to stick to the time scales allocated everyone is an individual and some services may take longer than anticipated.  Please be patient in order that we may give you the same degree of attention as we aim to give to all of our clients.  Following the Coronavirus outbreak in 2020 we ask all of our clients always to remain patient and polite whilst we adapt to new ways within the salon.  We will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse towards any of our team or other customers and will inform the police of any such occurrences.  


Many services require a skin test 24 - 48 hours in advance of such a service. We register all skin tests carried out. We will not carry out a tinting service without a skin test under any circumstances, however you will still be charged for the diary time booked.... as set out in the cancellation policy.  Equally if you decide to alter or reduce your treatment time on arrival or within our cancellation period we are within our rights to charge you for the time booked. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

We operate a strict 48 hours notice of Cancellation for all bookings as of 1st March 2021. The following charges will apply. Cancellations of 48 hours or more must be made by telephone as soon as possible to any salon. 

 

  • For notifications outside of 48 hours of appointment your 50% booking fee will be added to your client account.

 

  • Notifications within 48 hours of appointment or failure to attend your booked appointment or notify the salon incurs a 50% charge   (This will be taken from the 50% booking fee paid to us at the time of booking).

 

A larger deposit is required for group bookings and larger services requiring several hours of an individual team members time.

 

All booking fee’s are non-refundable. Booking fee’s paid may be transferred on to your client account for future use if outside of the 48 hours cancellation period as set out above. In exceptional circumstances where a refund is credited back to your payment card a £7.50 administration fee will be charged for this service.

By placing any booking by email, by telephone, via social media or in person you agree to the full terms and conditions as set out in our 'Before you book' and our 'Cancellation Policy'.  As this email is generated from our salon system please reply to info@coco-tan.co.uk within 24 hours if you have any concerns regarding your booking.
